Mastering The Minute

    I’m constantly amazed at how much of a difference 15, 10, or even just 5 minutes can do to change your entire day.

    You wake up just a few minutes earlier & somehow things that would normally bother you might not at all. You have a couple extra minutes to get to work or class; maybe a few minutes to stop for that extra little treat at your favorite mocha stand & vuala! Though you may have woken up on the wrong side of the bed, you’ve somehow turned yourself over without returning to the bed.

    How something so simple could make me think of my entire life as a whole I will never know, but this also got me to thinking about how we should also often take a step back to re-evaluate our lives as well. The sooner the realization, the sooner the action… don’t you think?
